Oleksandr Kuzmuk, Chairman of the
Sub-Committee, presented the bill (Reg. No.4071) that amends the Law "On
Military Duty and Military Service" as to the training of the military experts
for the Armed Forces of Ukraine; conclusion of the military service contracts;
compensation in case of termination of the first contract; regulation of the issues
related to the implementation of this Law.
O.Kuzmuk informed that the Committee received 5 proposals while adjusting the bill to the second reading, and took them into account.
The Committee member unanimously upheld the amendments to the effective Law. They are convinced that adoption of the bill would reduce the expenses for the training of military experts.
